Equine-Assisted Therapy
Therapeutic Support Through Guided Interaction with Horses
Our Equine-Assisted Therapy offers professionally guided therapeutic sessions with horses.
The focus is on emotional processes, personal development, and inner regulation — supported by the presence and responsiveness of the horse.
This is a clearly defined therapeutic setting, distinct from our Horse–Human School and riding programs
What Is Equine-Assisted Therapy?
Equine-Assisted Therapy is a therapeutic approach in which horses are integrated into the therapeutic process under professional guidance.
Horses are not used for riding instruction.
Instead, they support therapeutic work through interaction, observation, and relationship.
Sessions are adapted individually and may support processes such as:
- Emotional regulation and self-perception
- Working with stress, overwhelm, or inner tension
- Personal development and self-reflection
- Relationship patterns and boundaries
- Life transitions and challenging phases
How We Work
Therapy sessions take place in a structured and protected setting.
- The focus is on ground-based interaction with the horse
- No riding instruction is part of the therapy
- The horse is a co-regulating, responsive partner, not a tool
- Sessions are guided, reflected, and integrated therapeutically
Each session is tailored to the individual situation, goals, and pace of the client.
